FAQ's
Can I bring my children to my appointment?
Tailored offers services for the kiddos, too! If your child has an appointment, they're welcome to join. If not, we ask that you enjoy some well-deserved "you" time during your service by arranging childcare.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens. To help accommodate all our guests, we request 24-hour notice for schedule changes. Appointments cancelled with less notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service.
Where can I park?
No stress here! Options include a lot directly in front of the salon and ample street parking. If using the lot, please ONLY use spots clearly marked for Tailored Salon—we'd rather you spend your money on beautiful hair than parking tickets!
Do You Take Walk-Ins?
When they are available - recommend booking in advance, this is infrequent
Do You Offer Consultations?
Yes, color consultations - We encourage it
What should I do if I am running late?
Let us know if you’re running late - we can accommodate up to 10 mins of tardiness however depending on stylist and schedule we may need to reschedule - doing work with integrity, that takes time.
